Please note
- If you have more directors/shareholders than the plan allows, or need more changes than are included, we quote separately from our standard à la carte fees.
- Plans apply to companies whose shareholders and directors are individuals. Structures with corporate shareholders or offshore companies (such as BVI or Cayman) need a separate quote because KYC/AML checks cost more.
- Fees are BizAion's professional fees and exclude government fees (for example the HK$105 annual return fee), which are charged at cost.
- Fees above are BizAion's professional fees in HKD. Government fees, auditor's fees and other third-party costs are charged separately at cost.

What ongoing work is needed after the company is set up?
Accounting, audit, tax filing and company secretarial duties continue every year, and we can support you long term. For a company formed in January:
- Every January: file the annual return (NAR1) and renew the business registration
- Every April: file the employer's return (BIR56A)
- After the financial year-end: bookkeeping and the annual audit
- Within 1–3 months of receiving the profits tax return: file it with the audited accounts
- As needed: bank KYC reviews, and certification of documents by an accountant for Mainland or overseas investments
