Assist with document and process preparation to improve bank account opening success rate.

✅Preliminary assessment and consultation:

• We recommend the most suitable bank (including traditional banks such as HSBC/Bank of China, or virtual banks) based on the nature of the client's business (such as trade, services, investment holding, etc.).

• Initial review of client background to assess the feasibility and potential risks of opening an account.

✅Document preparation and professional verification:

• Organize the complete set of company legal documents (CI, BRC, NNC1/NAR1, articles of association, etc.).

• Document verification services are provided by an accountant (HKICPA Member), which meets the bank's requirements for "accredited persons" verification.

• Guide clients to prepare a "Business Plan" that meets banking standards or provide supporting business documents (such as invoices, contracts, letters of intent, etc.).

✅ Appointment and consultation guidance:

• Schedule a consultation time with the bank's customer manager on behalf of the client.

• We provide interview skills training to help clients answer bank questions about Know Your Customer (KYC) and Source of Funds (SOF).

✅Full follow-up and supplementary data:

• Act as a communication bridge between the bank and its customers, and promptly handle supplementary data requests from the bank's Compliance Dept.

• Track the account opening process until you successfully obtain a bank account number and start online financial management.
